i watch live stream, and lots of people say the game has been fixed no more fc no more bugs. so i assume the game has been updated to 1.1
but idk if already update or not bcz i dont even play this game, i download this play for less than 5 minutes and after i experienced what you see at my screenshot i decide to stop playing.

U assumed the game is updated, but u demanded the modder and accused him for not updating but actually is not updated? Is that hard to check first?
