In Hydra you have to put all values to 1.
Also in the boss battle at the end of the tower, and in the Dungeons after 10 battles with Titans.

For me I have no problem, I use the following values: Damage Multiplier=10; Defense Multiplier=10, Energy Multiplier 9 and sometimes 3
