easy money guide (make sure you have enough money and the unli money menu is on)
Go to any cities > go to Pawn shop > buy scrap silver from the merchant using menu Exchange > sell it again > repeat
or you can exchange to gold bullion too (if you have enough money)

Let me add that while you do this trick that "Definitely explained", also gather 100+ scrap silver because it the common currency you use to gift to random npc (not npc with shops or named characters) to increase rep with them and to bribe to enter some zones.
