Research gets stuck after some time, it doesn't increase no matter how many tries you do. It's a bug maybe because of the mod.

Is anyone else having research getting stuck problem , I tried 2 times with cheat mode on when I set research points gain 5x but when I reach the point where last 3 (as I remember) research points are left whenever I research on laptop at home or PC in office the time doesn't pass and I don't gain any research points. Which makes it impossible to further in the game.

Please tell me a solution. Thanks.
