I had this issue before having the mod. Maybe is a problem with their servers. They fixed it but it's happening again.

Multiple have reported connection issues after the next play attempt. Please note that the game performs server checks, which I haven't disabled (yet). Please play carefully and only take what you need. Keep the multiplier low and don't purchase as many products in a row.
*according to @LaLaLavi these connection issues also happened before using the mod so that's mainly a server problem right now. Nothing I can fix at this point and in future points. If that happens, wait until they fixed their server. I can imagine they're doing some patches/additions and stuff like that.

Yeah, so... I think it's a possible ban. I follow a subreddit about this game and people are posting today's outfit challenge... Posts from 2h ~ 1h ago...
Edit: I'm from latam so maybe still is server problem, I forgot about that!
I'd expect a literal ban report messge instead of a connection issue. What did you do when this happened before?

Yeah, a ban report message makes sense! I just waited for the game to work again. I checked it multiple times through the day. Only the other day it was normal.
Here is my honest opinion now:
The main suspect seams to be the free IAP feature. This feature is always risky on server-sided games and not always available to mod. I deinstalled the mod, redownloaded it from the playstore and it worked. I could start a new game and then install the mod apk over it. I did not receive the connection error message (which I received with the old mod apk profile too).
So, I added a main version without the free IAP feature and just have freeze currency and the multiplier, as well as the ad features init. I also wont make the multiplier higher bc x10 is good enough.
Please uninstall the previous mod, install it fresh from the playstore - create a new profile with it. Then you can install the mod version again. I hope that will help. Also, remember to play carefully with mod features, especially in server-sided games. A ban is never avoidable in any situation..

No, I dont think so.bc it wouldnt have been possible for me too then. Please try to change your wifi and test it.

I'm not using wifi, but mobile data bc I'm not at my house. But even with wifi I got this problem. Well... I guess it's over
try again tomorrow. It will work. I inspected the whole game. A ban message would literally look different. First of all, I want to thank you. I had a really great time, even though it unfortunately ended with the ban. Nevertheless, thank you so, so much!
I was banned on my tablet. I then followed all the steps you provided, but unfortunately, the original app downloaded from the Play Store still gets stuck on the initial loading screen on that device.
I also installed the app on an S22+. On that device, the initial loading screen appeared, displaying a message stating that I was temporarily banned.
After that, I installed the app from the Play Store on an S25, and it worked without any issues. I didn't proceed with any further testing on the S25, but I was able to reach the original app screen, where I could create my character.
All three devices were using the same Google Play Store account and the same Wi-Fi network, meaning they were all using the same IP address.
