Thanks, I downloaded the new version 2.14.14 and updated the old version, but I'm still stuck on the loading screen at step 9 and can't start the game. I've also cleared the cache. Can anyone help me?

Try installing the original version and start it. If it's stuck again, you are probably banned.

How did you make your hero epic+? Is this with a different mod? I'm sorry for being confused. I don't see a way to modify hero or chips or anything like that....just defense and attack

Seems like a useless mod given that you can only save your progress through Google Play and the mod disables saving through Google Play.
