Well, Im on an iPad Pro 2020 (2nd Gen), jailbroken with unc0ver 7.0.2 on IOS 14.0.1 and I crash once i get into a a game. I used choicy to only allow the mod to be the only thing injecting to the game and still crash. Do you know if its a problem on my end?

Have you tried reinstalling the game? did you also delete game data with Apps manager?

Yeah Im using latests versions, Still crash as soon as im loading into a game with no mods enabled

Try restart your phone. Power button + volume down button. Uninstall game, jb again. It works on me. It happened before.
