You need to download Cydia Substrate, during installation of Cydia Substrate Substitute will be removed automatically.
Does anyone’s game crash when they heal or repair a generator?
The mod menu works but when I heal, get healed or do a generator the game just crashes.
This happens regardless of if the mod is used.
I’ve tried the choicy but it doesn’t work, I’ve also used Cydia substrate and not the substitute but it doesn’t work

Did you uninstall the old version of the mod menu?
It is most likely a conflict.
1 - Delete game data with Apps Manager
2 - Delete game
3 - delete mod menu
4 - restart your device
5 - reinstall game, mod menu
PS : Don't forget to download the mod menu again, to avoid installing an old one
Using cydia substrate solved my problem but I also done these things before trying usingn cydia substrate
