So I tested some ways, but I think if you're lucky, you could bypass the communication error.

I found that whenever you want to play again, just re-installed or update the apk (do not uninstall), and keep trying until you can bypass.

Update:
1. Reinstalled the app (no need to uninstall, make sure you still have the apk file)
2. Clear your background apps except KAdventures, better to lock the app for quick process.
3. Try to open the app (not work at first time) so just close if "error" pops out. Wait about 5 sec before trying to open the app again. Mostly I could access it on 3rd or 4th attempts.

Mine is Redmi Poco X3 Pro
