1. Unlimited diamonds (obtained by killing monsters) - yes they drop but so little (strongest spell cost 1k, the 1st mission gave me 33 diamonds goodluck farming that unlimited dianmonds
2. Increased turret damage - No
3. Unlock paid defense towers - NO!
4. Unlock all heroes - NO!

conclusion? there is a mod that gives you a save file with a large amount of diamonds so better use that instead of this.
