Things in the crater and anything connected (things like screws and all the settlement items) are saved on servers and not able to be changed, I have no idea if they have much anti-cheat but if they don't or its not good then maybe there's cheats to change player movements and actions but I doubt it

Yeah my guess is the dev knew about mods that let player duplicate items so they make those settlement item server sided.
I am hoping for modders to bypass that, but from my experience playing modded games server sided stuff is hard to cheat.
So im just playing for i lil bit more or till i got bored and just uninstall the game

Would it be possible at all in the future for the mod menu to have like a save configuration file? Because I've noticed if I don't turn on unlimited durability quick enough, My armor piercing rifle will just disappear if it's on me. And all my armor goes down to like one health. Not to mention at this point I think I pretty much turn everything on as soon as I open the game since I have to turn Max durability on quickly.

Hi..you need to increase the skill of your character. Get a skill points book at the farm in the blue chest. Duplicate the book and upskill your character to at least level 100. It takes a few tried but as the level increases you will get the burglar skill. Good luck.
