The new update forced me to uninstall the previous app cause the signature was different or something..I tried to recover my progress but I couldn't cause the Facebook save never works..so rip my level 101 account..I asked for support to recover it but they will probably complain about me having over 400k gems and delete my account anyway

You need to make account with the game dev not fb the option to link game in the settings I did that and I never lose my account

Yes but you can still finish the weekly event without making purchase

I had to Uninstall the previous version and I lost my progess and had to get support to recover my data but I lost all 20 friends

You need to make account with Plarium option which is better than fb just need email and password . I never lose my account again. Go into settings and click cloud save then Plarium option

It tells me that the latest update is not compatible with the existing mod pack and the game does not work without the new update, can you please fix this problem?

I don't have any issue with recent mod update. They work flawless everytime I update :)
