I got like 5+ actions, i think it depends on what action you do as some do take time. And i think she disappears sometimes as part of the game mechanic (she goes to school)

She's school in morning , day started at 1:00 pm±. She disapper if trying do one action 3 times, but in one lvl affection talk about love can talk all day
