Same here, stuck at 30%, tried clearing cache also.

I am not 100% sure but maybe that's a ban. Clearing data doesn't mean game won't automatically restore banned account based on imei or something.

With that said I can still login

How to check that restoration? Do i need to backup something before clearing the data?
