I've been checking back through this thread since I discovered it a few days ago, and I realized I needed to throw out some important information and some decent requests for this, probably the most reasonable of the Naruto games of this kind.
Firstly, some major reminders for those who do as one admin suggests and read threads before they post, including some rephrasing of things that have already been said by Arishat themselves.
All accounts get credited with VIP 30 (which, funnily enough, is an actually functional version of VIP 30 unlike some games in this engine) after one to twenty-four hours after their account creation. You don't have to be online for the full 24 hours, as I thought from my original reading of the post ("1x24 hours playtime"), but you do have to wait 24 hours before your VIP will show up. Don't worry, though, once you get autopromoted, you'll have over 500% bonus practice/AFK coppers/Ninja EXP, and over 20 purchaseable attempts for the daily dungeons.
Don't be so quick to claim the VIP bundles once you gain access to them, though, as each of the 5-star red equipment boxes will go into your inventory as an individual item, meaning you'll need to go through your bag after purchasing one bundle and actually open the boxes (which is a chore in and of itself, but it's a small cost of having a completely free-to-play server). If you do claim too many of them, your account can get locked up and overloaded/corrupted, leaving Arishat no choice but to wipe your inventory, and you might not even be able to get back in. So, be safe, be kind, and only take what you need when it comes to the VIP bundles. (And if an accident does happen, just send a PM to Arishat here on Platinmods or on Discord with your login username (not your character name!)
As far as Ninja salvaging, there are mixed reviews when it comes to whether bulk salvaging actually works (I haven't had issues with it), but if you get errors trying to bulk salvage, try single-salvaging instead.
Now that I've addressed the main confusions many players have, I do want to throw out some constructive criticism that I have for Arishat that hasn't already been given solutions. As many have said before me, it's currently impossible due to an "insufficient level" error from an unknown source to star-up Ninjas past 10, leaving certain items in the VIP bundles completely useless for the meantime. (Fortunately, they stack as one item, so they're not as urgent to use as the equipment boxes).
Second, this game suffers from a similar issue to the other NandarGM private server I played, One Piece Set Sail, where the game is very half-baked in the translation side of things; this one has even less English than OPSS in that many items' descriptions are still in Chinese. Also, I had to switch multiple times from the CN version to the EN version and back just to get past parts where one version would freeze mid-tutorial.
And finally, in this game's current state, rather than offering a "coming soon" GM panel and getting people excited about something with an indefinite release time (which, I do agree with the admin's sentiment about "it's either there or it's not"), the game instead credits nearly a billion ingots upon daily login... Which would be nice to have, if the item shop selling the high-value items didn't return errors like "item not found, please try again". Potentially more valuable to a player, if those coins sitting next to my copper balance on nearly every screen are what I think they are, are "Happy Coins", since those already have many uses with the current server configuration (and if ingots are somehow in low supply, that's one thing that can be bought with them).
I do appreciate when a developer puts time and resources into a free product to share with the world (mostly because I wish I could be that developer, but can't spare the attention span due to ADHD), but an incomplete or poorly made product just tends to leave a more sour feeling in one's mouth. Arishat, if you're reading this, I want to ask what I can do to help you, at least without coding experience myself.
