When i turned on 100% catch rate. It shows capture whenever i battle an NPC Trainer. Is it okay for me to capture it and not get banned when i used to for PVP or transferring my account from tablet to my iphone?

Dont capture any monster in online, or npc in offline, u will not able to use them anyway, dont use it in any event except the material event where u get token to evolve ur monster

Yes. Except for mythic monsters, you need to pull 3 copies to awaken them. Other legends' materials can be caught and used safely.
