i got the problem, your device isn't rooted brother. Having an administrator account on a tablet does not automatically mean it is rooted. A typical admin account allows you to manage certain settings and permissions, while rooting provides "root access" or "superuser" access to the entire operating system, allowing you to modify system files and install custom firmware, which a standard administrator cannot do.
