I don't know, I don't have such issues. You can reinstall emulator and reinstall Magisk again. If you still having issue, report it to HuskyDG on github

to be specific, i cant get zygisk to turn on. im guessing this is because i didnt even get the client to pop up (root is enabled, says su binary is abnormal..)

nvm, i got this to work. BUT apps don't even work with it, they keep crashing so it's not like I'm able to hide the root for some reason (I enabled root to be hid for an app, both su and normal, and it keeps crashing)
 
MagiskOnEmu is outdated, use Magisk Delta instead
