You might need to mod the apk using Lucky Patcher even without root. You may add "APK without License Verification" and "APK rebuilt for InApp and LVL emulation". Once the APK was rebuilt, just update the app with LP modded APK directly then open the app with internet and buy the full version. It worked on mine perfectly.
