So, I've tried Arena 3, or the one that you can bring *7 monster, on my dummy account for testing.
I haven't tried Arena 2 and Arena 1.
I'm waiting for tomorrow to see if my dummy account get banned or not.

This loadout is the efficient I can put on this testing.
It's also one of the real loadout that legit veteran players do, you can check on twitter by #ポコダン hashtag.

While the 1st place on leaderboard at the time of this writing scored almost ~34millions, my result comes with ~4.7millions which doesn't make me stand out too much.
I did it as the gameplay strategy should be done.

Btw do you know how the achievement reward works? Is it always record the best score or is it additive from prev attempts?

The former, best score always get recorded, not cumulative.

I have the same problem with my main account (my dummy account is fine though), I sent an inquiry to customer service about this and still waiting for a reply. I will let you know if that happens.
Famous player on twitter had the problem too, it seems some people (no idea based on what criteria) will not get reward based on rank.

I tracked the date, and it was around the limited "Book" weapon from Frieren, the mode that has 10 floors on each stage..
