Why is Unlimited Health and Stamina doesn't work?

Did I have to activate it somewhere first, or before changing screen?


Edit: It works when I turn it on before loading/starting a game, but the UI is overflowing the screen

Additional information, you have to sleep or start the game with needed cheat on, buuuut.. Unlimited Stamina doesn't work
