I can not login game, i click Restart btn 15 times but this panel appear again and again so i can not login game

i didnt use google account, when i login game the login panel appear and i click return btn and that panel disappear and after that i play game

You won't be able to fix that; it's a restriction based on region, hardware, firmware, game build version basically everything. This game is full of quirks to prevent modification, plain and simple.

@JokerArt Based on my experience as a game designer, I think CybeyJoy is blocking the mod from accessing the game. The problem might be related to the server. As you can see, many people can't access the game.
