This looks like 1:1 Shopkeeper Quest or how it was called, maybe it is same Game just another Name.
When its really the Game, then as example Currency Mods will not be possible, because the Game reconnects you everytime you try to buy something ( Visual/Server-sided)

Some of the devolpers of this game were originally part of shop heroes adventure quest. But they left to start this game. I do believe currency is server side though.
