you can only xfer via logged in account on google/apple. I guess most likely you aint log in since you're using a signed mod , then no

Try link your acc with apple, i use signed apk and still can link my account with apple id.

Link your old account with an Apple id in the old device, or original apk. After you link it, you now can have an acces to log in via Apple id in signed apk.

(If you still had your old device, it will be more easy)
