Clear the cache only, restart, try a few times. Or use lucky patcher to enable vip mode, see thread heartstring puzzle.

Clearing cache didn't work. I managed to get VIP using lucky patcher but surprised even that is sfw for me in this game

I tried it with lucky patcher, even removing the licence verification and still nothing. It will not patch the inapp purchases
