Do not search for the game title and download it from the Play Store; you will only get a censored children's version suitable for little girls. For a better version, you must use an ad link.

I uninstall google play version, download from here, install but... Not working or me... no extra menu as I see often in mods

I'm in the US. I tried using a VPN set to a German location, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and even changing my Google Play account login in separate attempts.
