I'll share my experience: the NSFW version requires in-app ads. They appear randomly on YouTube, and in other similar games, it's a matter of luck. I installed it like this: I saw an ad, went looking for the mod, started downloading the mod, minimized the ads, and once the mod downloaded, I started installing the app (an adapter from ads to the Google version of the SFW game). Launched it, and everything worked.
