I'll share my experience: the NSFW version requires in-app ads. They appear randomly on YouTube, and in other similar games, it's a matter of luck. I installed it like this: I saw an ad, went looking for the mod, started downloading the mod, minimized the ads, and once the mod downloaded, I started installing the app (an adapter from ads to the Google version of the SFW game). When going from v2 nsfw to sfw mod v1, It will probably stay as sfw because the v2 data stack is different.
From YouTube start downloading the nsfw version to establish a nsfw connection , and after a few seconds, cancel it.
Start installing the mod sfw version. Open it, and if it is still sfw, close it, clear cache, open again, should be nsfw.
