Note – Mod working completely fine as said. You need to be offline to use this mod. Also currency doesn't decrease on restart if you played this game offline.
Tested on A14 UI5.0 no root real device ​

question. after offline and spending(no deduction), if you reopen the game using wifi, the currency still the same or no?

Problem is, you cannot really play offline after you finish the tutorial. If at any point you go online you lose everything you had during the tutorial stage.

And being online is required to do even the basic stuff like progressing the campaign.
