All I get is the downloading resources doesn't seem to do anything someone help?

Same. Left it on for ages and it did nothing. Installing original game would not work as it is a paid app from the start so would need the OBB folder.

Found solution: when you open the game and get the black screen - just press the back button on your phone and it goes to normal uplay intro.
