Get the latest file from: GitHub - 7723mod/NPatch: NPatch是一个复刻自LSPatch，以LSPosed为基础的免root的Xposed框架
Don't forget to download and install the module.

Open Npatch > Go to Manage tab and click the "+" icon. You'll be ask to choose a directory, for ease, create a folder and name it NPatch for convenience (or you do you) and use it as the storage directory.

Select between option whether you want an apk file or an installed app to be patched. After, you'll be given an option to change and toggle stuff. You don't have to do anything (just double check that it's local and not integrated) and start patching.

After installing the patched apk. Return to Manage tab, tap ZZZ, open Module Scope and select our modder's module and you're done.

While there's no news of anyone getting banned iirc, use the lowest percentage when using DMG multiplier (.1-.9, increase if necessary) if you're worried that your account's going to get banned. That's what I do to be subtle as possible, especially since it records the highest damage input in the achievements (just me things, don't wanna make it to obvious that I'm using a leverage). And to be honest, once you achieved a decent progression in the game, above 1% is already way too much.
