You got free gem from the game right?
Scan the value of the gem, then use it to skip upgrade (wait until 2~3 mins left so cheaper). Scan new value then edit

Definitely the game. Imma try fresh start anw

Aight, why the upgrades went wrong in the previous mod was because of that it is not possible to update above level 15 as collectable microchip item is missing in the game so the mod caused a glitch. Now everything works well and we have to wait for the update as it seems.
