I dont think that it means get banned, because I play this game without mod (install from google play) and play until that icon appearing. When I click that icon, I get "anomalies detected". I dont know what is that icon? And why I get that message? I didn't cheat anything.

Your issue is merely a temporary network problem, and it's not the same issue we're discussing.
