File seems correct.
My mod always tested on LDPlayer9 (unless stated otherwise)

that's your choice. most of the modders here test using LD9 anyway.

ok. i solved the problem in bluestacks. if anyones having this issue, you can try this method or like yunana said just download LD9. whichever is easier.

i updated my bluestacks to 5.14.22. and created a new instance Android 11. and was able to install with no issues.
