Don't know if the ban triggers if you interact with pvp while having the mod installed, but here's how my 2 accounts got banned:

1. Did all the battle content with multipliers toggled; (autoban).

2. Did pvp and conquest. 0 multiplier on pvp, got super far in conquest; (suspicious acitivty,don't know if auto, but banned at login after going offline a while).
