you need to play the tutorial first, you will be level 2 , go to home , an ad might show for 5 seconds, close it and go to spin, open the spinner itself, but dont click yet, open the menu and on the 3 mods, ads , money and tubes, then click spin,
you will see the ads immediately removed, and once the wheel of the spin stops, the money will be 999999 and then the tubes you can take alook at it and you will find it unlocked too
