Well. in case the mods is module like this,.. First thing what you need is :
1. Rooted Device
2. Lsposed Framework ( you can install this one on the rooted device )
3. This mod, put it and enable this module via Lsposed interface
4. play the game..

try to look for each step, the google or YT provide the tutorial for steps above
