At the moment, no. The mod hasn't been detectable in co-op for a while, but you never know when the devs will improve their detection again.
It is advisable to start a dummy account (on an emulator) to carry your main account on co-op and Epic Raids, so that if the mod is detected, the host of the room (the dummy) receives the warning first. People who join modded rooms, with OR w/o intention to cheat, have not been historically known to get banned, due to the unfairness to the latter group of players.
Nobody knows if and when the devs will change anything or clamp down harder on modders, but right now using a dummy is still the safest way to mod. Just avoid hosting publicly and attracting attention to yourself, the modding situation is already quite out-of-hand in ER. Some legit players can't wait for our asses to get banned, lol.
(Also btw, 1-hit kill mod can only be triggered by the host and being an environmental mod the whole room will be able to do 1-hits. It can be obvious to other players on harder co-op like IZ that you are modding. The other 3, you can bring into other people's rooms, they only work on yourself. Just...don't mod on your main, it's not worth potentially losing it if you'd spent cash on that account.)
