xD i thought charlie is single by canon so techically whom cares whom he would date in AU(which is partially what our MCs life is anyway)? or whom would he date pre-HP movies in general.(or would JC be copyright issues if they let us date canon characters even if they are single at time we meet them)?

Now that you mention it, I remember that on YT (and maybe on Reddit too) a user commented that Tonks could be one of our dates in Beyond, but for a short period, it doesn't make any sense for obvious reasons. We aren't likely be in the Battle of Hogwarts or we'll clash with canon. Our battle would be somewhere but still equally important... I'm thinking, the Ministry, maybe?

The ministry is pratically under Voldy's control during BoH, perhaps we are tasked to take back the MoM as a member of the OoTP (I'm just assuming we're going to be in the OoTP given our history with Dumbledore).

i bet he would want us member of OoTP 100% so yea sounds like it(i wonder how would our MC react if learns whom ended dumbledores life(in my case it would be m head of the house for my main and year 3 alt xD)

From the looks of it, I think we'd still focus on our job as a janitor for at least until book 4. From then on, as long as this game is still up and running till then, we can't avoid events from the book anymore. Maybe this is wild, but I'd like to think that Dumbledore takes us to scout Voldemort's Horcrux in that particular seaside cave to confirm his deduction before taking Harry there.

I think if it happened he'll take us to voldy's mother family house where he found the ring and got cursed by it (that the main reason he died early and made snape kill him because he'll die that year anyway)

Yeah, it's fake, but Dumbly doesn't know that. Otherwise, he wouldn't take Harry there. As for the ring horcrux, Dumbly investigates Tom's family history and it leads him to the Gaunt Family (the mother side of Voldy). He finds the ring in their old house. He knows the ring is one of the Deathly Hallows and it's known that Dumbly has a deep obsession with the DH especially the resurrection stone (on the Gaunt ring), so he unwittingly puts on the cursed ring.

why didn't guy like him bother checking ring for curses before putting it on tho. (the gaunts connected to salazar guy right that's why vooldy had access to basilisk/chamber of secrets).
