How late game are we talking?

Hear me out man... Late game or not w100x multiplier is not enough I am barely doing any damage even with 100x damage and my unit dies instantly even with 100x defense to strong mobs I tried all I can to strengthen my units with gears but it's still hard that's why it needs 1000x or 10000x multiplier cause this doesn't feel like a mod at all I've been playing for the past 2 days already and I am not having fun

Important question does the defense multiplier, multiplies which stats the +def or +def% or +hp or +hp%. Also does damage multiplier, multiply +ATK or +atk% or both?
