A- if you played with mod before, you can install new mod over it.

2- Download modded APK
3- Install modded APK
4- Enjoy =)

Google+ login possible? No.
Facebook login possible? Yes. But remove your facebook app from device.
Specific game account login possible (for example: HIVE)? Yes.

Dont forget to try allowing Storage permission

Could you upload unsigned apk copy please ? Having trouble unsigning myself as sometimes I can login with google and other times the app crashes on loading. Thank you.
Also is it possible for a mod where the hero skills are constantly active? This has been done before .thanks

if you wamt to login thru google play
1. Your device needs root!
2. You have to unsign APK (sometimes unsigned APKs are uploaded too, then you can skip this)
3. You must install original game and login with Google+ or FB (don't remove game after!)
4. You have to install the Apps: Lucky Patcher (Look video tutorial)
5. You have to patch the signature verification
6. You install the modded APK over the original game
7. Thats it =)

Thanks but I already know this, I'm talking about the issue of manually unsigning an app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't
