You can do this in your file manager. I use ZArchiver.

1. Download the file, then go to your downloads once it's finished. Click on the file and click "Extract..."
2. Go to your Device Memory/Internal Storage

3. Press the button to extract the file.
You should be able to see the file in your internal storage. If ever a screen pops up asking for permission to replace files, just click "Replace all", then you're done:D

The save file is for 3.0.22, it's basically the save file of my gameplay. You can extract the zip file first, and then paste the folder in your internal storage, but that's just a different route to the same destination. I hope you can understand this since I just used a translator for your message
