it worked before (last year) and i installed it again today and now it says license failed... same device and os ver.. what could be the problem

This one's quite different than usual, but I hope you guys like it

When I open Kirikiroid2, it says "Your app is not activated yet, please keep the network connected and press ok to update your license." When I press OK, all it does is show another window saying "License fail", "error: 3" with the options Retry and cancel. If I press retry all it does is repeat the license fail window. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling yet but nothing seems to work.
